I am a life coach!
I'm a therapist!
I'm a public speaker!
I'm a role model!
Yen yen yen...
I kept saying to myself every morning for three days whilst praying that God should help me know my talents and purpose in other people's lives. In fact, I even started googling and taking online talent tests. Yes I know I talk a lot, but is that all? God I want more!!
Ha! the day I had to listen to two people's (serious) problems at the same time on WhatsApp, I developed a bad headache! And somewhere in my subconscious, i could hear God chuckle and say "you see, it's not easy as you shout"
Mehn! It's not easy to be able to give a listening ear to people or a shoulder to lean on as well as making sure you give at least a good reply to ease their pain. The world is filled with lots of people each going through their own dark moments so you, being able to be the little light that shines to let them know your hear them and you care, means a whole lot.
It can be tasking and draining but trust me that day will end with the other person feeling happy and hopeful that someone actually cares to listen to h/h problems.
We can't act God you know (solve everyone's problems) but Listening and helping each other grow the little way we can is more than enough ❤️
Just drink water first please 😥
